Our senior partners lead an experienced team of trial attorneys and serve on faculty and advisory committees for legal professionals. Jim Lindeman and Charles B. "Brad" Frye have received the AV rating* through Martindale-Hubbell.

Gilbert J. Alvarado came to Lindeman, Alvarado & Frye after serving for seventeen years in the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, where he handled a wide variety of significant criminal cases as a trial lawyer. He concentrates in the area of criminal defense as lead trial counsel in cases ranging from driving while intoxicated offenses to complex federal cases involving multiple defendants.

Bill Taylor, of counsel to the firm, is a former trial lawyer for the Harris County District Attorney's Office, from 1973 - 2001. He concentrates on criminal defense and juvenile defense. He also served as the Chief of the Harris County District Attorney’s Major Fraud Division, Special Crimes Bureau, and Intake Bureau. In addition, he has been an instructor in the Harris County Prosecutors Training Program, the Texas District and County Attorney's Training Program, Houston Police Academy, Harris County Sheriff's Academy, and the Pasadena Police Academy. Mr. Taylor is currently serving as a defense counsel appointed by the United Nations Tribunal on the Rwandan War Crimes matters.

Mr. Mark Davis, of counsel to the firm, practices in civil litigation, bankruptcy, and transactional matters. and Mr. Calvin Hartmann, of counsel to the firm, is a former long-time assistant district attorney with the Harris County District Attorney's Office. Mr. Hartmann concentrates in criminal appellate matters.
